Description White Helmet
Helmet was owned and used by Bill Stephenson. The helmet has a bracket used for mounting a carbide lamp on the front. The front brim of the hemet has Bill Stephenson's name painted on in red paint. The helmet is well worn with many scratches. The back of the helmet has a white reflector with a heavily damaged NSS sticker below.
