Old Business:
- - Owe the Caver for 3 issues
- - Rancho Relaxo still scheduled for October 6th and 7th, but may change.
- - Next week Vertical Practice at 5:30 Wednesday September 12th, 2012. Meet at rock wall at Rec Center
- - This weekend (9/8 and 9/9) is beginners weekend
- - Dues are $20 if going on Beginners Weekend, or $15 if you are not attending.
- o Due this weekend. Gives you access to Grotto Gear, and etc.
New Business:
- - Adam Bryd is offering a Mon County Ridge walking Trip this Monday (9/10)
- o Meet at 545 at Giant Eagle on Green Bag Rd.
- o RSVP to Adam Byrd ( information on list serv)
- - Sinnett Thorne is cancelled. We were unable to get a weekend where trip leaders were available
- o Any ideas for a different trip to replace this one please let Andrew know.
- - Beginners Weekend is this Weekend.
- o ASK FOR A RIDE BEFORE FRIDAY IF YOU NEED ONE!!!!
- Post on listserv or contact Andrew.
- o Will be staying at Stuart Recreation Area, located outside of Elkins
- o Campsite GS1
- o Drivers are Andrew, Cullen, and David. We arranged rides for those at the meeting. If yosu still need please contact the list serv or Andrew and Andrew.rowell@yahoo.com

- o Leaving Friday night (9/7/2012). Please eat before you come down.
- o Tentative schedule on Saturday: Breakfast, Caving, Dinner. We will be eating out for breakfast and dinner.
- o What you will need
- Sleeping bag
- Tent (you can rent them from rec center)
- Trash Bags
- AA batteries
- PROPER CLOTHING (see Grotto Website), old tennis shoes, hiking boots, etc.
- A change of clothes
