Treasurers Report

Online Banking is still being organized.

The current balance is $1107.75

Vertical Committee

Vertical practice will be tomorrow if there is any interest. Please Contact Jeremy Browning if you are interested.

Old Business

To have the newsletter printed it is $2.50 a copy and the grotto is ordering thirty copies. They should be in by next week.

Andrew Rowell is taking charge of the student grant.

Most people will be driving down to Ben Mirable's home on Friday, February 17. If you will be attending please contact the list serv for rides. A list was passed around at the meeting to determine who is able to give rides and who needs a ride.

On Wednesday Feb. 22^nd a trip will be held instead of a meeting. Cave to be determined.

New Business

April 27-29 is Spring VAR. Pre-registration is $30.00.

A new logo idea has been designed and is open to comments. Please see Jeremy Browning for the design.

The Annual Report Form has been completed and submitted.

John Harman made a presentation: Hellhole- The Final Frontier.

Important Dates

February 17-19, 2012- Rancho Relaxo trip to Ben Mirabile's home in southern West Virginia. The trip will be to Organ Cave.

February 22, 2012- A cave trip will be held instead of meeting. Cave to be determined.

March 16-18, 2012- Simmons Mingo trip has been re-scheduled.

April 27-29, 2012- Spring VAR
