Meeting Minutes November 16, 2011

Meeting Called to order by Chairman Allen Dove at 8:01 pm

There were 7 people in attendance.

Treasurers Report

• After having a t-shirt purchase the current $994.38

Vertical Report

• There was no vertical practice this week because of the dirty vertical gear from the harpers trip.

Old Business

• Jeremy Browning will be making a banner for the vertical practice.
• Anyone with interest in going on the Carpenter Swago trip needs to contact Jeremy Browning so that we can get a head count on how many people actually will be going on the trip.
• Grotto T-shirts will be $12 for non-grotto members and $10 for grotto members.
• Allen Dove, Nikki Alter, Brady Weekley, and Tolga Saglik did a through trip in Mystic Cave on Saturday November 12, 2011.
• The Grotto went on its first vertical trip on Sunday November 13, 2011. Tolga Saglik, Jeremy Browning, Nikki Alter, Cullen Hencke, and John Harman went on the trip.

New Business

• Those elected must be present at the time of election. Elections will be held First week of Spring Semester on January 12, 2012.
• Vertical Practice after Thanksgiving Break will be held only if it is requested.   

Notable Dates

• The grotto Christmas party will be held on the Second Vertical trip which will be to Carpenter Swago on the weekend of December 3^rd. We will be staying in cabins.
