Meeting Minutes 20 April 2011

Meeting called to order by Chairman John Tudek at 8:06

Treasurer's Report: Assumed to be the same.

Vertical Practice: Was not held today

Old Business:

• All but a couple books are accounted for in the Grotto Library.
• Grotto equipment has mostly been accounted for, though not in one location yet.

New Business:

• The checkbook needs to get to John Tudek by next weekend to be able to purchase books at VAR
• Jeremy will send the broken headlamps to be repaired when John Tudek gets them to him.

Elections: New officers are as follows.

• Chairman: Allen Dove
• Vice Chairman: Jeremy Browning
• Treasurer: John Tudek
• Secretary: Andrew Rowell

Notable Dates:

• Bat Ranch: April 23-24. Both vertical and horizontal trips available, contact Abby for more info.
• Spring VAR: Durbin, WV. April 29-May 1. Vendors, caving, presentations, etc.
• Spring MAR: Shade Gap, PA. May 13-15.
• PSC Jamboree June 17-19. PSC Lutz field station.
• WVACS 50th Dinner Early August. Contact John Tudek for more info.
• May 7-8 Oil Drum Falls still a maybe May 7-8, Contact Abby Hohn for more info.
