There will be several drink specials and a 50/50 ticket sale. Dave Riggs has sent out an email with the information and you can also check it out on their website http://myotr.org/?view=article&id=130 Grotto Mail at the Rec - For some reason, some of the Grotto's mail went to the Student Rec Center. This included a letter from the Intercollegiate Outing Club Association about their spring conference that will be held this coming weekend, 23-25 April, however we have already missed the registration deadline. It was mostly a get-together of various groups participating in outdoor activities, and although caving wasn't explicitly mentioned, the information was still sent to us. This is just something to keep in mind for next year. The DC Grotto also sent us a copy of their newsletter with different articles, events, and trip reports. If any one is interested, you can look at it at the next meeting and it will eventually be moved to the Library. It was also suggested that since we make our own newsletter that we send one back to them, as well as put out a call to possibly swap newsletters with other Grottos.
