Meeting Minutes for 24 March 2010

Meeting called to order by Chairperson Gayle Suppa

Financial Report
- The Grotto has $677.79 after the $50 donation to the Kim Clayton Memorial Fund

Grant
- We will be purchasing books from Karst Sports and NSS. The purchase will be co
mpleted soon and Gayle will figure out when it needs presented.

Spring Break Trip
- Deconning
The Grotto will be bringing Formula 409 and tubs to decon gear in. 
- Food
We will also be providing some meals and snacks, including chili, spaghetti, tac
os, etc.
- Schedule to date
3/27 Simmons-Mingo
3/38 Roadside Pit
3/30 Via Ferrata and Allen Pitsenbarger Cave
3/31 Short Cave
- Everyone remember to bring batteries

- Because of the current officers will be graduating this year, the Grotto needs
 to start thinking about elections. Allen Dove, Kyle McMillan, John Tudek will a
ll be here next year, but as will many member that weren't at the meeting this e
vening. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone to show their leaderships sk
ills.
