Meeting Minutes for 17 March 2010

Meeting called to order by Vice Chairperson Krista Tindall at 8:08p

Financial Report
- No change
- $50 will be donated to the Kim Clayton Memorial Fund

Library
- Lee Stevens responded with a great list of books
- The donated laminated map of Sharps Cave is now in the library

Grant
- The books have been worked into the grant and it is almost complete.
- Tom Lilly volunteered to help create the purchase order for the books and Kars
t Sports equipment.
- Kyle McMillan volunteered to help create the purchase order for Lowes.

Trips
- Spring Break
The Grotto has decided to do a bunch of caving and camping in WV for the first h
alf of Spring Break. A semi-permanent schedule is as follows:
3/27: Simmons-Mingo Cave
3/28: Roadside Pit
3/29: Sites Cave
3/30 - 3/31: Short Cave, Allen Pitsenbarger Cave, Via Ferrata
