Meeting called to order at 8:04 by Chairperson Abby Hohn

FINANCIAL REPORT: $596.77

WV CAVER:
-Abby will email Tom the WV Caver info for the bill

FUNDRAISING: 
-Colorado Football Game Oct 1st (Tomorrow)
  Rally time will be about 3:00, Late show up 5:30, 6:00 at the latest
  Black shoes (you'll be on your feet for ~6 hours, so pick good ones)
  Black socks
  Black pants (need to have a crease in them or look like dress pants)
  Black belt
  White tee shirt

-WHERE TO GO:
Main call time is 3:00 PM at the Caperton Indoor Practice Facility. (It's the football sized building across the stadium from the hospital) Walk around to the back of the building and you'll see people in yellow polos /jackets standing around doing a whole lot of nothing. That's where you need to be.

-WHAT TO BRING:
Cash! None of the concession stands take cards, and the only ATM in the stadium gets busy. You don't want to waste your break waiting in line... A (disposable) bottle of water. A sense of humor.


VERTICAL PRACTICE
- Every Wednesday at the Rec. Center Climbing Wall at 5pm

    Mystic (Saturday) and Via Ferrata (Sunday)
    Abby will check on info for the weekend
    If you have vertical gear bring it, closed to shoes, sun screen, 
    cool weather gear (check the weather)

GRANT
- What does the grotto want to spend it on?
Potential ideas:
Tent poles (supporting structure)- Gayle will check on pricing (16x20)
Abby will check on books

Grotto T-shirts are on sale 

Tudek will contact individual holding the Grotto Library 
If you would like to check out a book drop by and see John Tudek in Brook Hall G27

Jay will update the DA add for the Grotto

John Tudek created a Facebook for the Grotto
West Virginia University Student Grotto (Caving Club)

October 7th (Next Week) we have a Memorial Day Cave Presentation after the meeting

TRIP REPORT
-Laurel Cavern
Erin went with Dr. Rauch's class.
They started out in the main area with lighting and paved walkways and progressed to an area to play


Meeting was adjourned at 8:52 pm.
