Meeting called to order at 8:03 by Chairperson Abby Hohn

FINANCIAL REPORT: $582.92

WV CAVER 
-Tom Lilly will contact Mike Bodkin to get amount and to change the address our bill is sent to.

FUNDRAISING: 
-Colorado Football Game Oct 1st (Thursday)
We must let them know 3-5 days before game.
Rally time will be about 3:00.
We will send out more info closer to the game.
-Kyle will find out the latest possible arrival time to work the game.

VERTICAL PRACTICE
- Every Wednesday at the Rec. Center Climbing Wall at 5pm

TERRA INCOGNITO
- We will add new categories (Suggestions: )

- David Riggs will add a Blog for people to enter trip reports

TRIPS

Kyle will check on info for the weekend

CAVING POLICY
- Kyle will post the new cave policy on the grotto web page

GRANT
- What does the grotto want to spend it on?
Potential ideas:
Tent poles (supporting structure)- Kyle will check on pricing
Books for the library and money to copy maps

Grotto T-shirts are on sale 

We will be working on getting the Grotto Library moved to John Tudek's office

Jay will update the DA add for the Grotto

Erin baked cookies (they were very good :-D)

October 7th we will do a Memorial Day Presentation during the meeting

TRIP REPORT
-Beginners Weekend – Sharp's Cave
There were about 26 people on the trip
The group went in the big room and sculptor room. The group then dropped down to the waterfall where, some of the group explored farther back. Everyone then met in Halloween hall then, moved to the Brain room where they chilled on the upper and lower break down.

John Tudek showed a slide show of photos from the trip
-the photos are on his Facebook and he invites people to tag the photos

Meeting was adjourned at 8:56 pm.
