Gayle Suppa will talk to the necessary people. - John Harman proposed going to Maiden Run on Friday before going down to Ben's. He wants to use steel cable for the traverse line, because both webbing and a rope left in the cave have been chewed through by cave rats. Trip Reports: Last Saturday, Dave Riggs, John Harman, Gayle Suppa, and Abby Hohn tried to go survey a cave, which Dave had discovered with John Chenger last spring. However, once they found the cave, after driving around for a few hours in Preston County, there was a No Trespassing sign on a tree a few yards from the entrance. Instead of going into the cave without the owners permission, they went down to a sandstone (?) quarry with big borehole passage. On Monday, Kyle Mcmillan, Jataya Taylor, Dan Brooks, and Gayle Suppa went to do a survey in Maiden Run. After running around all over Morgantown, they got out to the cave where there was about 6" of snow. It took about an our to set things up and shoot across the pit. By that time they were all wet and cold, so it seemed like a good idea to get out of there.
