*There will be no meeting next week, because we're going to 
Windyslope instead. 

Fundraising:

Volunteers: Tom L, Dan, Tom S, Gayle S, Mike B, Scott
-Trip to Yokums to stay in a cabin:
Date: Nov 15-16 
Cost: $20 a person, unless you've worked a football game. Then the 
Grotto will cover your fee. 

Windyslope:
Date: Wed Oct. 8
Meeting: 6:00 PM by the big screen TV at the Rec Center.

Vertical Practice at Cheat View:
Has been moved to next Thursday.

Bear Cave:
Date: Oct 12
Contact Gayle if you want to go.

Bridge Day:
Date: Oct 18
*Anyone not going to Bridge Day is officially uncool by order of the 
president(who, as we all know, is the authority on cool)

Maiden Run No 1 Survey
Dates: Oct 12? and Oct 19

Greenbrier Valley trip:
Date: Oct 25-26
Cave: Friar's Hole

Vertical Rodeo:
Date: tentatively Nov 2


Trip Reports:

Football Game -
Jon T, Jay T, Abby H, and Kyle M showed up, worked the Will Call 
gate, and made about $200.

Garth's Corn Roast -
Jason T, Rich F, Brian M, Kyle M, Abby H, and, of course, Garth were 
all there. There was a hot tub, a cold pool, darts, and a good time 
had by all. 

Maiden Run No 1 - 
Kyle M, Jon T, Dan, and Tom S showed up for the survey on Sunday. 
They shot 150' with 9 stations. Jon sketched, Tom did front shots, 
Dan did back shots, and Kyle learned a bit of sketching. 

Portland, OR -
Nikki G went out West to see Dave R. They went to the beach and Mt St 
Helens, but didn't get into any lava tubes.
