Financial Status:

Headlamps:
Jon H. will talk to Doug Moore about aquiring new headlamps.

Beginners' Weekend:
Date: Sept. 5-7
Location: Stewart Rec Area
*Gayle will reserve the campsite
Caves:
-Sinks of Gandy
-Bowden
-Sharps/My Cave
*Jon H. has offered to take vertically competent cavers to some pits 
near the campgrounds.
Dinner: will be provided Saturday.
*Jay T. and Jon T. will pick up food.
Cost:
-$20 for the weekend and membership fee.
-$10 for just the weekend.
Departure from Morgantown: We'll plan to meet at the Rec Center at 5 
on Friday.

Recruiting:
Since the rain prevented us from passing out fliers this week, we'll 
plan to meet in front of the Mountainlair next Wed at four to pass 
out fliers. 

Waivers and Emergency Contact Info:
Will have to be filled out and signed before Beginners' Weekend by 
anyone intending to go on that trip.

The DA:
Abby H. still needs to contact the DA about the Grotto ad. 

Barton's:
Date: Teus Sept. 9
Time: 6:00
Meet: at the Rec Center by the big screen TV
We'll probably be underground for 1.5-2 hours

Windyslope:
Date: Wed Oct. 8
Time: 6:00
Whoever plans to drive down will need four wheel drive.

Vertical Practice:
Will resume next Wed at the Wall at 5:30.
