BREATHING CAVE (Fake Novice)
The weekend started out great. Chris Hayes, Mike and Laura Williams, Catie Biggers, Tom & Susan (but they didn't go caving), Elizabeth, Josh, and Kathleen Shaw and Brian Mabry.
It was Kathleen's and Brian's first time. We wanted to leave them to die in the cave but for some reason they wouldn't die... So anyway, I'm Kathleen (Chica), Elizabeth's friend. We get here at 12 o'clock Friday night and have ourselves a good ole time - until 3 o'clock in the morning. . .
Understandably, starting the next day took a bit - especially since I left my helmet in the car - oops. We started to the cave around 12:45 and continued 'til 5:00 when we crawled back to our cars to change into our underwear.
In the cave we didn't have any major accidents but we did have a couple bumps along the way. Elizabeth, while sliding down an embankment, came in contact with a new experience in which she was caught between the legs by a hard, stiff object that later turned out to be (contrary to popular belief) a rock formation. We also encountered an area where alot of us promptly fell on our asses.
Towards the end of the trip Elizabeth, Kathleen, and me (Catie B.) had a mud war. We each would get mud in our hands then would try to smear the mud on the other perseon. Me and Kathleen got it the worst. Later Elizabeth and me ganged up on Brian and got his face muddy because it was looking too clean for his first trip.
Great time, gotta go chill by the fire!
