• This list does not include show caves, caves less than 150 feet, or those closed naturally or destroyed

• All information on this list was verified and believed accurate as of the last update and the PCC is not responsible for any changes that occur after that date

• This list includes all the known wild caves in Pennsylvania that have some restrictions on the access to that cave

  • Please Note: just because a cave is not included in this list, does not mean there are no access restrictions on that cave! It just means that we do not have any access information on that cave at this time

• If there's any information that you believe is incorrect or needs updating, please use the Cave Database Data Collection Form (PDF) and send to: and/or contact the local County Stewards listed below

• Please follow all access restrictions and please contact only those people who are listed as Access Contacts or County Stewards

• If you cannot get in contact with the Access Contact or County Stewards, please do not enter that cave!

• Only enter those caves where you have express permission to enter!
